Meet Robert N. Symmonds
Robert N. Symmonds was born in Emporia, Kansas where he now practices law.
In 1974, he was admitted to the Kansas Bar and received admission to practice before the 10th Circuit U.S. District Court. He prepared for entering law school by attending Emporia State University, graduating in 1969.
He then went on to receive his Juris Doctorate (law degree) from the prestigious law program at Washburn University of Topeka in 1974.
Bob is a member and past president of the Chase-Lyon County Bar Association as well as a member of the Kansas Bar Association and the Kansas Association for Justice.
Bob is also a member of the Phi Delta Phi member Association and a director with the Emporia Community Foundation.
His areas of practice include bankruptcy; general, civil, and trial practice; domestic relations; and real estate and estate planning, including preparation of wills and trusts.
